payment, cancellatioN, and reschedule policy

UPDATED JANUARY 2026

Payment Policy : All appointments require an up to date, valid credit or debit card to be held on file, as well as a signed consent form authorizing charge of the card on file if in violation of our cancellation policy. If you are using a gift card, you still need a valid credit or debit card to be held on file.

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy : Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

Tardy / Late Policy : A 10 to 15-minute grace period is allowed; arriving later may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling at the service providers discretion, along with applicable late cancellation fees.

 

Of course we understand completely that emergencies arise. Please communicate those to us as soon as possible and we can accommodate on a case by case basis.
