Booking, payment and cancellations information
NEW POLICY IN EFFECT MAY 2020
Dear Indian Creek Therapeutics Community,
As we create a new path forward, our therapists have been collaborating on how best reopen our doors to our valued clients. For a while, we will have very limited availability as we balance safety of both our clients and our therapists. These changes will affect our booking, payment and cancellation policy in the following ways.
Booking Policy : We are prioritizing our existing and regular clients. Your loyalty matters so much to us. It has always been the most vital part of our practice. At this time we cannot offer online booking as we are trying to accommodate those clients whose appointments were canceled in the past two months as well as those on pain management plans or who are working with insurance on accident or injury claims.
If you need to make an appointment, please email us at IndianCreekTherapeutics@gmail.com or call our phone (208) 571-8368 and leave a message. Please indicate that you are a current client and what you are needing so we can best accommodate your request.
Payment Policy : We are looking at all our systems and how we can streamline them for convenience and safety. To minimize “touch points” in the studio and ensure a greater amount of time between clients, we are moving to a prepay system. After booking a new appointment you will be sent an invoice to pay at your convenience up to 48 hours before your appointment. You will be able to save a card on file and add a gratuity to these invoices.
Cancellation Policy : We want to accommodate as many of our clients as possible. With reduced availability of appointments, we are asking for 48 hour notice of canceling appointments. This time frame gives us the opportunity, if possible, to find a client from our wait list to fill the appointment slot. Of course we understand completely that emergencies arise. Please communicate those to us and we can accommodate on a case by case basis. Appointments canceled in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of service fee. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours, or no shows, will be charged 100% of service fee.
For online booking:
Please keep an eye out for your invoice to prepay for your appointment. We will send your invoice to this email from our secure point of sale system, Squareup. Prepayment is required to reserve your appointment. This saves our therapists both time and "touch points" between clients.
