payment and cancellation policy

Payment Policy : All appointments require prepayment. Online booking requires a debit or credit card to make an appointment. Clients who book over the phone will receive an invoice via email from our secure point of sale system, Squareup.
Please note, online booking cannot accommodate adding tips or gratuity. We have paper envelopes if you would like to leave your therapist an additional tip, please bring cash.
Cancellation Policy : Appointments canceled in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of service fee. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours, or no shows, will be charged 100% of service fee.
Of course we understand completely that emergencies arise. Please communicate those to us and we can accommodate on a case by case basis.
