payment, cancellatioN, and reschedule policy

Payment Policy : All appointments require an up to date, valid credit or debit card to be held on file, as well as a signed consent form authorizing charge of the card on file if in violation of our cancellation policy. If you are using a gift card, you still need a valid credit or debit card to be held on file.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy : Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Of course we understand completely that emergencies arise. Please communicate those to us as soon as possible and we can accommodate on a case by case basis.
