Mel graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2000 but before that she was practicing massage on her water polo team in high school to improve the flexibility and range of motion of her team mates. Doing professionally what she loved opened many doors and she furthered her studies in Rolfing, or the Ida P. Rolf Method of Structural Integration. Working alongside Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, Mel dived in to learning more advanced clinical and anatomical studies. Her passion is to work in a small practice because "I can get to know the people and families I work on. They are communities." Jeremiah is a true Deep Tissue therapist. His style is slow and steady and he works within his clients comfort level to intelligently release layers of muscle tissue. Growing up, his mother and grandmother would ask for leg and foot massages after being on their feet all day. After seeking massage to soothe his own muscles from working manual labor jobs, he decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
"I accommodate my clients by assisting with pain and stress relief, by utilizing trigger point, myofascial release and some manual lymphatic drainage." When he is not at the studio, you can find Jeremiah in the mountains, fishing, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with his two small kiddos.
